I paid extra for overnight shipping one afternoon in the middle of the week, noting that there was a notation similar to "If ordered before 11 am, it will be delivered same day". However, I did not receive it until two days later.
Specifically, I ordered it around 8 pm on March 2nd, it shipped March 3rd a little before 10 am, and I didn't get it until March 4th. $20.00 down the drain?
