Charge 5 Shuts Down with Every Vibration

Every time my Charge 5 vibrates for any reason it shuts down completely. I have to connect it to the charger to restart it.

I've tried all the standard suggestions: restarting the watch with the button on the cord, changing the clock face, etc. Nothing helps.

That's very unusual behavior and one I don't recall seeing before.

Since you've already tried the recommended troubleshooting, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link).

Yep. They all sound related. There is clearly something wrong with the Charge 5 that Fitbit refuses to acknowledge/fix.
