Bought a new Charge 5 for my wife. Worked great for 4 days and now only shows a static screen (like old TVs), even after going through the steps for reset and feeling the correct vibration sequence happen. Does this watch need to be returned? Help, please!

Update: I let the watch batter die all the way down to zero. Plugged it back into the charger and now the screen appears to work as expected. Issue solved (for now?).
