This has only been happening the last 2 or 3 days today has been the worst I lost my whole amazing workout because my Charge 5 won't sync. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps I'm fully up to date on my app firmware. I thought these issues were fixed with Fitbit but again. I would really like to consider a Garmin or iwatch but I'm so invested in Fitbit just wish they were in there updates. I know big company big please your customers should be a concern. I do love my Fitbit.
