After this last update, my Charge 5 won't even turn on. We did everything to get it to reset, but it just blinks the logo 3 or 4 times, buzzes and nothing.
I have contacted customer service 3 times now, and I get the same answer every time, they are going to send me an email.
They are fighting replacing it because we had an issue with it when it was brand new with the band not staying on. Anyone else having this issue, or had this issue with any suggestions? I really don't want to call them again....
