Charge 5 Stuck on Logo Screen

Hello! This issue started happening on July 21st around 10AM EST, where my Fitbit Charge 5 gets stuck on the Logo screen and becomes unresponsive.

After looking at this forum, I learned I can use the following steps to fix it:

1) Remove Charge 5 from Fitbit App

2) Disconnect and Remove from Bluetooth (Forget device)

3) Turn off iPhone for 2-3 minutes

4) Plugin in Fitbit and reset by pressing the button on the charge cable for 1 second, waiting 1 second, and repeating 3 times (Sometimes it won't even recognize it's connected to the charge cable, so I have to plug/unplug until I feel it buzz.)

5) Wait, see it didn't work, and walk away to see it's back to "normal" but unsynched with the correct time.

 

Since the 21st, this began happening every other day and as of Wednesday now happens every day and my Fitbit has become unreliable. Does anybody else have a better fix for this?

Same. So far what I can tell is there is no fix for this and the bot support agents keep repeating the same processes you already stated over and over. This is really disappointing since I used to like this company and its products.
