I've worn my Charge 5 essentially all the time, with the only exception being when I shower. I was recently traveling when my watch died suddenly, while near full charge. This was shortly after I wiped it down to remove grime build-up. When I got home, and was able to charge it, I realized that the battery now deteriorates rapidly, lasting not even a whole hour while it normally lasted seven days. Is there anything I can do about this?

This just started happening to my Fitbit Charge 5 after upgrading to the new firmware update this week.

Hi, @DozyToast & @oeposada I think your best way forward is to talk to "Customer Support". Before you contact them make a note of the steps you have taken, this will help you in what could be a long call. Note the warranty and the date you bought your device.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
