Hi all,
I only had my charge 5 for a week before the screen went yellow and it became unresponsive.
I've tried resetting it via by pushing the button on the charger three times, but it doesn't change anything.
I've also tried going to the FitBit support page, but just get directed to an error page.
Anyone have any solutions they can share?

Hi, @ksheerin, It looks like you may have a faulty device, I think your best way forward is to talk to "Customer Support". Before you contact them make a note of the steps you have taken, this will help you in what could be a long call. Note the warranty and the date you bought your device.
