All of a sudden my charge 5 appears to have stopped working. It won’t connect to Bluetooth, sync on the app or register the charger. I’ve followed the guidance on the Fitbit help pages but no luck. Does anyone have any ideas please?

Hi, @Sazzleraz, I think your best way forward is to talk to "Customer Support". Before you contact them make a note of the steps you have taken, this will help you in what could be a long call. Note the warranty and the date you bought your device.
