I just had a chat with the help line. I had to restart my charge. Swipe up to settings, then scroll down until you get to restart. Once you restart, you should be able to sync. I had to sync twice before it worked. Good luck
Best AnswerFinally got it working (synced). Can't even tell you how many times I restarted the Charge5, but ultimately, unpaired from the iPhone, walked to a corner of the house without other bluetooth distractions, and it eventually repaired.
