Charge 5 Temperature Function

Loving my Charge 5, however the temperature function seems to be measuring me anywhere between 1.7F and minus 1.0 F. Now, I'm no biologist, but I'm pretty sure that's not right....😂 Anyone help me fix it please?

1)  That is skin temperature at the wrist, not internal temperature.

2)  That is your variation for the night from your norm.  +1.7 mean your wrist skin temp was 1.7 degrees warmer than your usual.

Not sure that measurement has any medical significance, but it's there in case anyone is interested, maybe just help verify that I really did feel cold (or warm) last night.
