Hello @zmantulsa

Your Charge 5 should be getting the time from your phone/linked device. Is your device not showing the correct time?

You can check your Fitbit app settings to make sure that Automatic Time Zone and Automatic Location are enabled:

  • Tap on your picture icon (Android) / gear icon (iOS) in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap on Fitbit settings
  • Tap on App settings
  • Confirm that Automatic Time Zone and Automatic Location are selected

If the time on your Charge 5 is off, you can follow the above instructions to turn off Automatic Time Zone and Automatic location. Then, change these to something else and sync your device. Then go back and turn Automatic Time Zone and Automatic location back on, followed by another sync. Hopefully, this should get your device showing the correct time.

If your having issues with other data not syncing properly, you might want to try the troubleshooting steps on this help page: Why won't my Fitbit sync? (<-- click link)
