Your Charge 5 should be getting the time from your phone/linked device. Is your device not showing the correct time?
You can check your Fitbit app settings to make sure that Automatic Time Zone and Automatic Location are enabled:
If the time on your Charge 5 is off, you can follow the above instructions to turn off Automatic Time Zone and Automatic location. Then, change these to something else and sync your device. Then go back and turn Automatic Time Zone and Automatic location back on, followed by another sync. Hopefully, this should get your device showing the correct time.
