Charge 5 - Turn Off ALL Vibrations

I have spent hours reading online and trying various changes in settings, but am still getting buzzed (like notifications for zone achievements, setting an alarm, etc.). I need to turn off the vibrate for EVERYTHING.  I do not want the watch to ever vibrate, for anything, ever.

I have MS and even on "normal", the vibration feels like a strong shock to me, as in getting electrocuted. If the vibrations can't be entirely turn off for EVERYTJING, I guess I'll just sell the dang thing. Because getting shocked is just no fun at all! LOL

And yes, I have DND turned ON. That does nothing.

Hello @4LeafCloverFarm

I am sorry to read this and I am afraid you will not like the answer, but the fact is that you can not turn off all vibrations on Fitbit.

There is a workaround:

- Remove completely the reminders to move

- Remove all notifications from your phone

- Remove all alarms

- And set up your goal to something impossible to attain, like a million step a day.

I think this way there will be no vibrations. But also you lose several features.

Thanks @SebWotan . Yes, I had found all that online and those settings are made. However, it still wants to notify me about Zone Mins and badges/accomplishments and so it zaps me... usually multiple times. LOL

It is ridiculous to pay so much for a device and not be able to turn a main feature OFF. Not sure why they have a "DND" feature that doesn't actually not disturb you.  Guess I need to start looking for a device that allows the vibrate to be disabled entirely.  Its okay, I was already supper annoyed that it wasn't recording my mileage property anyway (do 2 workouts/walking/whatever with mileage of say 1.75 miles total and the summary of my daily mileage will say .63 miles). I can take 7.5K steps, and it will say I've gone  1.25 miles. LOL

There is only 1 reason I would like to feel the watch feedback.

Could you program a music time pulse to prevent me purchasing another corporations pulse device to help my timing while playing the guitar?

Also turn on sleep mode.  I set DND and Sleep Mode and no more irritating vibrations.
