Upgraded to Charge5 but no data from charge3 for last 2 years!

Your data is stored by your email/Fitbit ID.  If you added the Charge 5 to the same account, your data should still be there.  If you don't see your historic data, it probably means, you created a new account with a different email.

When you added the Charge 5, it should have noted you already had a Charge 3 connected and asked if you wanted to replace that.  If it did not ask that, that means you created a new account.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
