Charge 5 Vibrating with Black Screen

I went to charge my Fitbit Charge 5 this afternoon and it started vibrating and the screen is black and it will no longer sync with the app.  I checked and think my firmware is up to date. I did the 3 button press on the charger, and ive also tried to change the clock.  Nothing works. It has stopped vibrating now but the screen is still black.

Thank you for sharing all these details about the inconvenience you've been having with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried the three pulse restart. 

I've also been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they were able to share some instructions with you. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
