I purchased my Charge 5 last year during the Black Friday sales, didn’t start using it until Dec 16, 2021. After less than 6 months ( sometime this past spring or summer) it just died, contacted Fitbit, tried everything, but it was dead and got a replacement. Now I’m having issues with it not detecting my heart rate which also affects your sleep score, etc, plus the battery is draining in less than 24 hours. I have contacted Fitbit and tried everything they’ve suggested, but still having issues. So in less than a year, wearing it like I’d wear any watch ( prior I wore an Inspire HR which is still working) and it’s become unusable twice in less than a year. Fitbit has a good reputation and the customer service has been great, but I may look elsewhere for my next fitness tracker.
