Hallo,  Ik heb een vraag.

Ik heb zelf een charge 5 en een Google account.

Nu heb ik nog een oudere charge 5 van iemand gekregen en wilde die aan mijn dochter geven.  Om die echter toe te kunnen voegen via familie link van Google krijg ik een melding dat ik zelf moet zijn ingelogd met hetzelfde account als waar ik mijn dochter op familie link heb toegevoegd.

Ik heb echter voor mijn fitbit een ander Google account gebruikt.

Wie kan me tips geven hoe ik dit probleem kan oplossen.

To prevent confusion, we ask that users keep shared links to the language of the forum in which they are participating. We currently support French, Italian, Spanish, German, Japanese and English and hope to support more locales in the future!
