Charge 5 active call notification

I just got my Charge 5 and it seem that the notifications buzzes when I am in a call to tell me there is an active call. How do I turn this off without turning off all phone notifications?

Hi, thank you for your inquiry about the Charge 5 and the active call notification you mentioned, @HHM82.  

Before considering other options, make sure to complete a restart procedure following these steps. If you're still receiving this notification you mentioned, please try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in the Fitbit account. This has been useful for other users experiencing something similar as well.

There's not a setting for that, not that I've found anyway. Not sure how a restart would help.

Thanks. I added to the request to have it removed/disabled. I really don’t need to be told I am on an active call - I already know that.

6 months later and FitBit still hasn’t fixed this problem????? How is that possible? This is the single worst product “feature” I’ve ever experienced. I’m in the middle of a call and my watch is buzzing at me every 60sec to tell me I’m on the phone?!

The feature request for it only has 40 votes, which I find very surprising. I expected there'd be way more. Also surprised it's in "Reviewed by Moderator" status and not already relegated to "Not Currently Planned".

Yes, just bought this & it’s the first thing I tried to turn off!

If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've tried all the steps suggested here earlier.
