I’ve had my charge 5 for over a year now and haven’t had any issue. Yesterday, after a swim (which is also put on water lock), the screen of my charge 5 stopped working. I charged it overnight and it now works - but I get a constant non stop add card notification. If I move the watch slightly or press “got it” it just constantly reappears which is rendering the watch useless. I’ve tried resetting it multiple times and haven’t had much luck on other forum posts. Can anyone help or suggest a solution?
