Charge 5 keeps turning off

Keep shutting down for no reason. Restarts when I connect to charger then 2 or 3 days later does the same thing. Unable to factory reset

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I was able to restart and change the clock face. I will now wait to see if
it shuts down on its own. If it doesn't in a week I will contact you and
let you know that this worked as a solution for me.

Hello my Fitbit watch goes off when I remove it from my hand, when I charge it it is ok again

Bought Samsung Fit 3. Not happy with Google. Both charge 5 and Pixel 7 not working properly. Going bact to Samsung when my mobile contract is up.
