My Fitbit Charge 5 is displaying incorrect steps. It suddenly adds several thousand steps, and when I check in the app, there is a mismatch between the main screen and when I double click on the "today" icon. I restarted the watch several times, deleted and added the device in the app, changed clock faces, and the error persists. Any advice would be appreciated. Thx, Anna

Thank you for letting me know about this situation in regards to the steps shown in app after you sync your Charge 5. I appreciate your efforts to get this improved.
My best recommendation would be checking if mobiletrack is off and turn it off if it is on:
-Tap on your profile picture. If MobileTrack is still enabled, it should be listed under your devices.
- Tap on "MobileTrack" and then on the top right corner, tap on the trash icon and confirm to turn it off.
