Charge 5 advanced stats not syncing

Starting today, my Charge 5 on Android 13 is only syncing steps. Only basic data.  No sleep data, no health metrics, no heart rate history.

 

This morning it was generating sync errors but those have been resolved. Still not seeing any advanced stats.

Thank you for the information you've shared about these issues with your metrics. 

Before considering other options, please make sure to complete a restart procedure  using the charging cable: 

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times (end of the USB cable), pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

In case the problem is related to the app, please follow these additional steps listed here below: 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see the metrics. 
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app, as this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar. 
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem. 
  • Follow these steps if you're constantly having trouble to sync your data.
