Charge 5 band keeps detaching

I have a new Charge 5 as of a few months ago. I keep having an issue where the band will randomly come off the watch face. I securely reattach it and after a bit, it happens again.

Anyone else having this issue?

I received a charge 5 for Christmas.  So in the last 3 days that I have worn the charge 5 the band also keeps detaching from the device.  The band has detached 20+ times in last 3 days.  Very poor design

Does it detach from the same place? Mine detaches from the bottom of the watch face.

So after contacting Fitbit, they sent me another watch face. It has the same exact design as the old one. I believe the issue is that the small ridge used to move the locking mechanism is proud of the bottom of the watch. It is probably being moved by the watch sliding on the wrist. So after contacting Fitbit, they sent me another watch face. It has the same exact design as the old one. On my Charge 3, you needed to press in to remove a band. I'm not sure why they moved away from a working design.
