Charge 5 battery and display issues

I bought my Charge 5 in November and it worked great for a long time. I had a few issues that I was able to fix.Several weeks ago it started not counting the Zone Minutes. I had gone for an hours walk,but there were no Zone Minutes at all.I wrote about this and was told,The important thing is that you're walking.I have had 3 Fitbit Charge watches since 2017.I've been walking for years without one.Anyway,I've had problems with the screen lighting and saw to restart the Fitbit and change the clockface.It helped some,but the light went out this past Friday and hasn't come back on.Now,the battery is draining throughout the day. I've had to recharge my Fitbit 3x today.This is ridiculous!It works like the very first Fitbit that you had to look at your phone for everything. Makes me want to check out other brands!
