Charge 5 battery and screen issues

Battery not holding charge & blank screen. Tried resetting no success

Update: Charge 5 stopped working early Aug tried pressing button on charger 3 times & once the screen activated but only for a short time.

Tried again times with no success, logo did not appear again after that

Hi there, @Baunmore41. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before reaching out. 

As a first approach, please make sure you've restarted your Charge 5 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

Regarding the battery, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?. As per the description of your post, it looks like your Charge 5 is having issues charging.
