Charge 5 battery draining fast after update

I did the update on my charge 5 this weekend and now my battery drains from 100 to zero in **ahem** near an hour…. Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix this? My fitbit would usually hold a solid charge for at least week and now it drains in minutes/hours…. I dont have any daily stuff open on it that would drain it and I have tried changing the interface and it still drains super fast.

I started experiencing this as well today. Yesterday my battery lasted all day. Today it was less than an hour.

I reached out to customer service and explained my issue and they sent me a replacement. See if they can do that for you also
