Charge 5 battery draining quickly after the update

Ever since I applied the latest update on my Charge 5, the battery is draining within a day. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix for this?

The steps I took based upon my conversation with the support team did not resolve the issue. I put my GPS on "phone" and restarted my Charge 5 as instructed. The issue with the battery drain persists. What else can be done to address this issue?

Sorry to see you're having battery draining issues on your Charge 5.

When this happened to my Charge 5, I did multiple restarts and recharged my device over several days. Doing multiple restarts & recharging seemed to finally get my Charge 5 "unstuck" and the battery back to lasting 6-7 days. Hopefully, doing the same might work for you.
