Charge 5 - 1.5years old Fitbit, battery drains in 4 hours. Contact support and it’s a complete joke - no sense of customer service and no possibility to help replace or repair the device. If the life expectancy of this device is so short, recommend all to go buy Apple or Garmin. Their customer support is much better and they don’t insult you. Fitbit is a disappointment.

I've read so many posts that say this happened after the last software update. We all need to be telling Fitbit/Google that they have to find a fix and remedy the problem. I hope they are reading these posts because there is no way to contact them outside of a chat or phone call with a customer service agent. It needs to go much higher.
