My experience with Charge 5

I would like Fitbit to stop advertising that this product is water resistant up to 50 metres, my replacement Fitbit has died after its first swim in the pool, maybe if lucky it was in for 30 mins and 2 metres deep, it’s the first time I have swam in it as I was to scared to after my other Fitbit 5 did the same thing. I think there is a pattern to this, surely all your Fitbits can’t be faulty. I put my faith in the good Fitbit brand, now I’m not sure if I should have..

Will you replace a replacement and what can I do about this..
