Well, I can see that hundreds of people owning a Charge 5 are having battery issues. I am on No2, Charge 5 Fitbits as the first died after only 11 months and the second now 9 months. As with SO many other users, Charge 5 would last a good and full 7 days, charging on Sunday Morning only. Normally 23% left in the battery after 7 days. Now, in the past two weeks, it is difficult to know what he will do. Fully charged at 11pm. 4pm next day 2% on red. Reset the thing, (pressed three times on charger cable plugged in. My version is 57.20001.188.58. Activated 9 months ago. I can't seem to update the firmware either. Is there some magic trick? I think the product quality (battery or firmware supporting it) is awful!........ SO MANY complaints. Is anyone listening, apparently not!.......... multi national company don't care a f..k. Awful. Any solutions? Thanks guys and gals, this one is bad!

Hi, @Ploogs welcome, Small wearable devices have a finite life span dictated by the number of charge/discharge cycles they've been through. You may still be covered by Fitbit's return and warranty policy depending on where you are and when (it varies 1 year or two years from the original purchase) & from whom you bought it. You should reach out to "Customer Support" online or via the help section of the Fitbit app. You will need the details on when, where & who you bought it from (and your returns history) if the agent is to process your claim.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
