Charge 5 battery drains by midday.

My charge 5 battery drains by midday for about 2 weeks now, even with overnight charging. I wiped the pins on the charger and the fitbit itself down, but the battery still drains by midday. Next, I reset the fitbit itself, no luck. This is my third fitbit since 2016, and I don't want to move to another tracker. But if this problem persists, I might say sayonara.

A lot of our trackers have not been working at all for 1-2 weeks.

I think Fitbit may lose a lot of customers.

Judging by the number of reports of this problem and lack of interest from Fitbit to resolve it, I wonder if losing customers is the aim.  Google bought it to get the intellectual property and will kill the brand off.
