My Charge 5 has stopped charging. It got low, <10% battery last week, and I went to charge it and it would not connect. I tried multiple outlets, made sure the device and charging port were free of debris, tried restarting by pressing the button on the charge 3x within 8 seconds etc.
I've left it plugged in, in various USB ports since last week with no luck.
The only thing I haven't tried that I've seen is the "freezer method" which is crazy but I'm not sure what else to do. Fitbit is not even 2 years old - bought in May 2023....
