Hi,
My Charge 5 battery drains within 12 hours, the red light on the back is always on. It started 3 days ago, my Charge 5 is less than 1 year.
Things I have tried:
1. Restarting the device via both the "Settings" app on the watch and button on the charging cord.
2. Factory - resetting on the device.
3. Removing the device from my account and regarding it.
4. Removing the payment card.
5.Checking GPS settings as "Phone".
6. Setting Screen Wake to Manual.
7. Do Not Disturb Mode and Sleep Mode are turned off.
8. Turning off AZM notification.
9. Turning off the Heart Rate function.
However, all didn't work. My Change battery still drains very fast and the light on the back is Red all the time.

Contact customer support ASAP and request a replacement. If you are past the 1 year warranty period, they will most likely not replace the defective device.
