Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Like hundreds or thousands of people here, my charge 5 is literally dieing in 1 max 2 hours from a full charge now, i tried every kind of solution and nothing work. Until a couple of weeks ago it was working fine.

I hope this stuff is going public in every tech site and YouTube channel because it's a shame, your support and assistance is doing worse than the worst chinese company and chinese band, next time ill buy a band from temu for 5 dollars, probably will work better than fitbit and google.

Hi, @Matmark89, have you spoken to "Customer Support" ? Use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Depending on where & when you bought your Charge 5 you may still benefit from Fitbit's warranty

Cheers

Hi there, @Matmark89. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.

To better assist you, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article to improve battery life in general, as this has been generally useful for other users. In addition, please complete a three pulse restart following the steps listed here below:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times (end if the USB cable), pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

The battery can last up to 7 days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary, but the battery shouldn't be draining only after a few hours.

If none of the above works, please follow @Gr4ndp4's advice and
chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
