I do a mix of walking and jogging in the morning and these are on the same route daily. The walking and jogging points/distance are the same. Over the last few days, I've noticed that my zone minutes have reduced significantly. Also, my average heart rate is higher than my maximum heart rate. How can it be that the average bpm can be higher than the maximum bpm? Defies logic?
I've not changed my walking and jogging speed and neither the route.
Anyone else face this issue?
