Hi so over this past week my fitbit charge 5 just drains within minutes. Just charged it an hour ago and it’s at 75% now, and the screen just shows time and won’t slide/swipe at all. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Hi there, @Manisfit. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5's battery is draining quickly. I will do my best to help you with this!
Please bear in mind that as all rechargeable batteries age, they deteriorate to some extent and an older device will need to be charged more often than a new one. The best way of minimizing this effect is to avoid deep discharges of the battery. To maximize the overall life of your Fitbit device's battery, ideally keep it between 20-80%. Many people find that a daily battery boost works best ( e.g. giving it a 15 minutes charge while you are showering in the morning). For more tips and recommendations, please see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
As for the screen being stuck on the time only, please check if your Charge 5 is on "Always-On" as this feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time. If Always-On is enabled, to exit this mode, tap Always-on display to turn the setting on or off. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
