Charge 5 battery problem

My charge 5 can only stand for about 2-3 hours after full charge. And it is happen after Fitbit: Health & Fitness software update v4.09.1 on 26 Jan 2024. My fitbit charge 5 firmware is latest of version 20001.194.91. 
At first after update, it can last around 8-11 hours for 2 times, then it come out ‘x’ with red looks like it brick and cant open for 2 days. Then after 2 days, its ok but can hold only for 2-3 hours. Can see details on below picture from live heart rate recorded.

same. My battery will not hold a charge longer than 24 hours. And it used to be 5 to 7 days, No problem.

I did notice that if I turned off my heart rate sensor in the settings, I could get 2 days. so I wonder if the problem with the battery is that the sensor is malfunctioning causing battery drain.

Just want to update latest development of the problem. Just found out that this thing happen about a couple of minute ago when I just want to try the Charge 5 using latest 4 days ago of Fitbit: Health & Fitness software update v4.10 on 08 Feb 2022. The phone sync is keep syncing. So maybe thats why the Charge 5 keep draining its battery.
