Hi,
I have an odd issue with my Charge 5.
I used it to perfectly track my training yesterday afternoon, but right after I came back home the watch died (black screen, no response to any input), even though I checked before my training and there was more than half battery left. When I put it on charge it showed 5% battery charge.
After a while I came back and the battery level was 99%. I unplugged it but the watch only responded when I tilted my wrist, while touch controls were unresponsive.
I tried rebooting (more than once) by connecting to the charging cable and pushing the button 3 times. After each reboot the battery percentage showed changed randomly: from 36% to 18%, then to 50% again and still unresponsive when I touch it.
After a while, however, the watch seemed to be back to normal. Battery was around 60% and responsive to touch and could synchronize with my phone after I removed it and added it again on the app.
I thought it was over but it was not. During the night I was woken up by the light of the watch and the screen showed a BIG RED CROSS with no response to my inputs. I put it in a drawer and this morning it's the same story all over again.
What can I do?
