I have two Charge 5s I bought for my son and daughter,r and suddenly, one of them stopped working. I have followed the steps to restart it using the charging cable; it worked last night, stopped this morning, and won't respond to the restart using the cable now.
Is there another way to restart or reset it without using the cable when it is blacked out?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to restart a Charge 5 with a non-responsive screen without using the charging cable since the other way to restart the Charge 5 is from the Settings menu on the device itself.
