Charge 5 black screen, cannot change clock face, hitting button on charger not working  All I have is a vibration when attached to charger. Also vibrates when I hit the button   Cannot connect with my phone - help!!

Check the pinned thread at the top of the forum and this thread which was spun off from that one.

You'll need to contact customer service who will walk you through a bunch of troubleshooting which probably won't help (or if it does, it will be temporary). Then, they'll either replace it if it's under warranty or offer you 35% off a new device (does not stack with other discounts), and you'll have to decide whether to throw good money after bad.

If you have a Premium subscription, don't forget to cancel! Fitbit doesn't offer refunds, even if your device is unusable.
