  • Duration? Less than 15 min 
  • Under warranty? No
  • Did you follow customer service/community instructions to reset? Yes

  • Customer Service response (return, coupon, etc.) 50% off coupon 
  • Did you purchase another? Yes
  • How many Fitbits have you owned and in what period of time? This will be my 4th in 5 years.
