Fitbit do you care that so many of your customers with charge 5 devices are suddenly having issues? Issues such as devices that are unresponsive or have a fast battery drain.
These issues appear to be sudden, and most likely due to a software or hardware update. What did you guys do? Why will no one provide an update on what’s being done to correct these problems?
All these issues, roughly within the past few weeks cannot be a coincidence. How about providing answers? We don’t want to hear the same script either.
I’ve about had it with Fitbit. Your devices have fallen off recently with no good updates since Google took over. I mean there is no big difference between the Charge 5 & 6. The issues I’m having with my Fitbit now are just pushing me closer to an Apple Watch… Do something to fix these problems.
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
I’m sick and tired of it never syncing. I have to constantly delete and re add app, reconnect the Fitbit. As soon as I can afford it moving to Apple, or anything else. Fitbit have slowly but surely gone down hill. Will not ever be buying another one.
Mine too.
screen went blank a few days ago. Out of the blue.
it’s only 13 months old.
seems very strange that we are all having similar problems at the same time.
I presume it is an update issue.
PLEASE RESOLVE THIS asap! Thanks
In Health Metrics my blood oxygen has No Data. If I tap it 7 days of data is there. Why I ask. Who knows why
Best AnswerMine is not even 9 months old. On 5/7 at 12:20 PM the thing died. I spent half of yesterday online with customer support - I did everything they said and it's still dead. This morning I have kept trying to no avail. They won't cover it because I bought it on Amazon. This was my 4th Fitbit and my last. The one before this prematurely died and now this one. $160 down the drain.
They don't care - I mentioned it during a chat yesterday and here's what was said when he asked me if I had any more questions -
[13:25:45 Jean A.] Not really - kinda weird that there are a lot of people in the chat saying the same thing happened to them yesterday?

[13:27:03 Agent: Ivan B.] Not really, at the moment I don't notice that issue.
I'm shocked. This shows NO ONE GIVES A **ahem**. They read our messages for sure. We do have consumer laws that companies need to follow. I' wear it at night and ditch it during daytime during daily activities.
I gave up on the ECG app 3 months ago as nobody could give me any advice on how to get it working again successfully! The only reason I had bought the Charge 5. Now this week, it is refusing to sync anything & I have followed ALL the advice. The only thing it seems to do half successfully is count steps & notify another App
You are right, Rocky55! Apparently, Fitbit does not care about their customers one bit! I think this was my 4th Fitbit. Never again...what a waste of money! I keep trying to get it to work, hoping that it will suddenly just light up, but, nope.
Mine started suddenly de-charging to low battery within a few minutes. This started happening right after 12 months had passed since purchase. Now I can't even use it. The firmware is stuck on 188.58 but I'm sure it's the same issue others have had where the firmware update bricked their Charge and the app shows the old version. Seriously, wtf.
