my Charge 5 screen is out but still vibrating. I tried the restart procedure several times, problem is still here. The only chat page doesn’t work either.

I have the same. Black screen. Vibrates occasionally when I tap or put on charge. Nothing else. The Help page live chat not responding. I’ve tried pressing button on charger x 3. As advised. No response.
