Mine had over 50% when I went to bed and then it was dead today. That only happens when an update happens. Now my screen won't light up. It is syncing because I can see that in the app but cannot see anything on the screen. The device is less than a year old. Ugh. I searched and this has clearly been an issue and yet the standard troubleshooting means does nothing. @Fitbit, do better.

Hi there, @Lavaniab. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Charge 5.
Please restart your Charge 5 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have tried both options. It vibrated with the clock face change, I have restarted it multiple times. Neither have done anything to help. It is apparently also not holding a charge as I charged to to 100% at 1p, it is now 230p and it says it is very low. This leads me to believe there is some sort of software update going awry. This is very frustrating as I am also a premium member and I'm not paying to not have full service.
