Hi went for a swimm with my charge 5 yesterday. Realise this morning it stopped working I have tried the restart with the charger but no luck. The watch vibrate when pressing the charger button but nothing else.

Hi, @Soiz2024 welcome to the community, I swim daily wearing several Fitbit devices over the years without any problems. It is of course possible you've had water ingress, particularly if your Charge 5 has been accidentally knocked. If it is not syncing with the Fitbit app this may indicate water has got in. Restarting with the button on the charging cable is dependent on timing, this Video demonstrates at 1:29.
If your device is less than two years old you may have the benefit of Fitbit's return and warranty policy. - Fitbit Help Center depending on where and who you bought it from. Accidental damage is not covered. Should this option be open to you talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for prompt attention. As always it's a good idea to note the steps you've taken & the results so you can brief the agent accurately.
