Charge 5 black screen

Ok, the screen on my charge 5 won't come on. It's black. It also won't keep charge. 

When I plug into charging cord the fitbit sign is shown then shows less than 1% charge. 

It syncs to app. It shows on app that it's charged, as soon as cable removed it shows less than 1% again. Also when removed from cable black screen again.

I have tried the hard reset via the cable. I have tried changing watch face. I don't know what else to do.

Any ideas???

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected. Thanks for having tried to fix your Charge 5's issue with it's battery by yourself. As those attempts didn't get things fixed, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support now for further assistance:
