Charge 5 blank display

The display is missing on my Charge 5.

The app says it is fully charged and is still showing current steps and activity. But there is ZERO info on the tracker itself.

I've tried restarting several times to no avail. I get a slight vibration when doing that but otherwise nothing.

The tracker is about 2 years old.

Is it time for a new one or is there another option to recover the display?

Same problem with my Charge 5. Display stopped yesterday. Tried restart many times. Called customer support, but could not get Charge 5 to communicate with iPhone. Display still blank. I purchase the Charge 5 on January 2022, so about 2 years old.

My case was referred to Warranty team. Operator said they would respond by email in 24 hours.

I have had Fitbit's for 10 years, they have work great in the past. Hoping to get more that 2 years out of this tracker.

Thank you for providing the details regarding your Charge 5 and for performing the restart several times in order to fix it. 

@Frankr163 Please try to restart the device one more time as indicated in this article: sync your device one more time following the steps listed here. This article has been useful in similar cases.

In addition, please try to change the clock face as suggested in this help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
