Charge 5 blank screen and won't stop vibrating

Does anyone know troubleshooting for a Charge 5 that tje screen went black on. I talked to fitbit tech support. The first person only gave me half of the troubleshoots steps. The second person game me a few more. Said he would email me the steps but never did. Their support wasn't too helpful and the last guy wouldn't escalate me. Said they'd tell me the same thing he did.

Also didn't get any of the surveys the told me I would get after my conversations with them.

Basically they told me to buy a new product. Is there a complaints depatment? I saved my screenshots with my last person because it didn't seem like what they told me to do would actually fix the issue. Along with the fact he said he would email me. I checked my junk folder and got nothing.

this same thing happened to me yesterday, they told me ill get an email but I did not, this is annoying as I haven't had any problems with my watch for the 3 years I have used it
