To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Best AnswerOurs has done the same. At 54% battery went just blank screen, won't turn on. Tried your restart and clock face change and nothing works. It appears this may be a widespread problem for users since Wednesday 17 May 2023.
Yes! And fitbit Customer Service is useless as usual. It is tracking steps, so I guess that is something. I could probably wear it and it will track data, but for $150 device, this is not good quality!
